There's an easy way to learn Medisoft, and you can do it all
from your very own computer. Medisoft Interactive Training is a
library of CD-ROMs that walk you step-by-step through the
Medisoft program. It's available anytime you need — just put
the CD-ROM in your computer and start learning.
Medisoft Interactive Training allows you to train at your own
pace. If you need something repeated, simply use the navigation
buttons to revisit a concept. If you get interrupted or don't
have time to complete a lesson, Medisoft Interactive Training
will keep track of where you left off — even if you turn your
computer off and resume on another day!
There are five CD-ROMs in the Medisoft Interactive Training
library. You can own all five or even just one — it's your
choice. Each CD-ROM has information on specific topics and
includes visual and audio instruction and hands-on activities.
The instruction is easy to understand, clearly presented, and
easy to navigate. Medisoft Interactive Training is an excellent
source for training existing staff and new hires.
CD #1 — Setup and Maintenance
This module shows you how to properly setup and maintain your
Medisoft program. Setting preferences, filling in practice
information, and performing file maintenance are important parts
of the program. Building a proper foundation on which you build
your system is key to continued success with your day-to-day
activities.
CD #2 — Daily Accounting Activities
Accounting for the charges, payments, and adjustments is a
very big part of using Medisoft. If your accounting practices
are correct, and if you have established the proper routines for
entering data, billing will be easier and much more accurate and
reports will be more informative.
CD #3 — Billing and Accounts Receivable
Once you have keyed the information into your system, it's
time to bill. Patient and insurance billing is critical to your
office and learning how to do it right is just a few clicks away
with this module.
CD #4 — Cash Flow Analysis and Practice Management
Beyond the activities of daily accounting and billing, there
are other ways to use Medisoft software. Learn how to use
Medisoft as a tool to help you manage your cash flow and

CD #5 — Appointment Scheduling
