computers within the practice and number of practice sites.
Special discounts are available depending on the practice
type and level of support required.

your practice in easy to pay monthly payments, quarterly or
once a year.

Medisoft Support Time and Materials
On-site, remote, or web-based technical support support
for Medisoft is also available on the time and material
basis from The Computer Support People, LLC. Our
company provides technical support to Medisoft users
anywhere in the United States. Our field engineers can
help you solve problems such as data corruption, data backup
and restoration, file maintenance, data clean ups, practice
analysis, payables and receivables analysis, user
productivity analysis, user training, answers to how-to
questions, remote computing, electronic claims submissions,
transaction posting and corrections, patient statements,
aging reports, demographics analysis, claim denials and
approvals, Medisoft customization, report creation,
superbills, electronic medical records, Medisoft computer
networking and more.
Clients are notified in advanced of reasonable estimated
time required to complete any job or project.
Response Time
Our response time is within 1-4 hrs.
All Time and Material calls are scheduled on a
'reasonable effort' basis. Please note that contracted
customers have priority over Time and Material service
calls.
Charges
Charges may include required materials, labor, traveling
expenses.
Service Guarantee
All our Medisoft repair and support services carry a
30-day guarantee from the date of completion. The
client's account must be in "good standing" order.
Pricing Information
We accept cash, checks, all major redit cards. We
can also invoice your practice, upon credit approval and
submission of purchase or work order.
