If they are using the Prescriptions / Faxing feature:

Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Local Phone Number List - numbers that are LOCAL numbers for the office
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Fax Server Settings
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Pharmacy Phone Numbers
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Providers / Signatures for each provider that is prescribing and user rights
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Header - Create prescription and preview after setting values
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Footer - Create prescription and preview after setting values
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Medication Name - make sure ALL meds are listed

Make sure they print without any error messages, margins and Label Printer Selected is the correct printer

Make sure it is installed and security message does not come up when user opens CE

Make sure user can send and receive messages
Make sure user can view the message faded screen when clicking on message

Make sure user rights are setup:
Menu / Patients / Prescribing / Edit Tool / Providers / Signatures for each provider that is prescribing and user rights

Make sure server has Adobe Acrobat Standard
Make sure each SCANNING computer has Adobe Acrobat Standard
Make sure each workstation can open the paperless chart PDF file - Adobe Reader

Make sure provider is able to create encounters
Menu / Patients / Encounters / New Patient Encounter / Templates should appear for signed on provider (at least 3 by default get created by the system)

Make sure you can double click on a Patient Chart Number or Last Name and open the demographics page
