Modifying MS Word Add custom location for My Documents and My Templates
Create two folders under C:\APPS
1. MyDocuments 2. Templates
Copy any documents or templates into these folders such as “emedical.dot” into the C:\APPS\TEMPLATES
Open MS Word
Go into TOOL / OPTIONS / FILE LOCATIONS /
Click on DOCUMENTS / MODIFY / Select “C:\APPS\MYDOCUMENTS” / Click on OK
Click on USER TEMPLATES / MODIFY / Select “C:\APPS\TEMPLATES” / Click on OK
Click on CLOSE when done
Click on FILE / NEW / eMedical.dot / OK
DONE
